Coming from RT17 going East on RT3 once you pass the exit for the Meadowlands Parkway bear right onto the service road. Make an immediate right onto Plaza Center Rd. Go straight through 2 traffic lights to a stop sign. That is Centre Ave. Make a left at the stop sign the NJUPC is 2 block east on the right hand side.
