| The congregation of the NJUPC celebrated its
first thanksgiving banquet on 11/17/2002 celebrating with the theme of "With
Thanksgiving Unto The Lord". We expressed gratefulness to
the Lord for the beginnings of this congregation. We honored District
Superintendent and Mrs. Robert Carter with a Certificate of Appreciation
and a special gift for "For
there selfless vision, burden and backing in the planting of the North
Jersey United Pentecostal Church, Secaucus NJ,
and for
there continuing support as the work of the Lord continues to expand and
grow."
Rev Carter preached on the
subject "If I Were Not A Christian". We worshipped and praised the Lord
and heard the good word of God then gave thanks to the Lord in our 1st
Thanksgiving Banquet. We give Thanksgiving unto the Lord for the work of God and the congregation of the NJUPC |
